Welcome to the AMP Project - Catalyst's 12-month project to relocate to our new PERMANENT HOME

Here you'll find everything you need to track our progress, see pictures, watch videos, and donate to make this dream a reality.  To start you'll want to download our Project Book to get a grasp of the story.

And you can listen in as Pastor Matt takes time to walk through all the details and the story of how this site came to be...

So, how is the project coming along?  Great question, thanks for asking! We created this handy tracker to give you an idea.

What if you'd like to give towards the project? If so, we'd like to thank you in advance for a gift of any kind.  We are planning on raising both one time and 12-month ongoing commitments so feel free to participate in whatever way works best for you. If you do give online, please be sure to use the drop-down menu to specify "AMP Project".

Current Update:

October 31, 2016: Today we met with our contractor and architect to detail our plans for submittal to the city.  This week we will outline to general floor plan and then send them to each of our subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, fire sprinklers, etc.) so they can add their individual plan elements.  Once those are all compiled we will submit them to the city for comments and eventually, approval.

October 25, 2016: As of today, we have signed the lease to our new PERMANENT HOME! Thank you to everyone who has generously given to this project so far. We know that we cannot do this alone, and as we continue to raise the necessary funds to enable us to move into our permanent home, we ask that you continue to prayerfully consider how you can get involved.
Our next steps are to bring the AMP Team together to start planning the demolition and design of our new space!

October 19th, 2016: As of today we have an agreement with the current owner to sign our lease at 9:00am on Monday Oct 24th.  That, of course, is entirely dependent on the financial commitments that happen on Sunday October 23rd. If our leadership believes we have raised enough of the $160,000 of capital funding to start the project, we will sign the lease agreement!

August 5th, 2016: Today was big day as we signed the first agreement outlining the major terms (rent, dates, responsibilities, etc.)  We now move to a formal lease and anywhere from 2-5 weeks of negotiations.  We also met with the city Fire Marshall who was a HUGE help in getting us the right information to make some changes to our building design to not have to mess with too much fire code.
