Volunteer Information

THANK YOU for registering to serve at the 2024 Back2School Carnival!  It is an overwhelming joy to be able to bless our community and we could not do it without the gifts and generosity of our community both with their time and finances.

Serve Assignments

Sunday, July 28th:
9:00 & 10:30 am
Pick up your carnival shirt at either Sunday Morning Service

Saturday, August 3rd:
8:30-10:00 am
Load U-Haul @ Catalyst Church: 8:30-9:00 am
Unload U-Haul & stage event at WHS: 9:00-10:00 am

Sunday, August4th:
8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Carnival Day! @ Woodland High School

Volunteer Check In Begins at 8:30 am @ Registration Tables: Receive your orange wristband & head to your assigned area

Before you leave the Carnival!

Please make sure your area is broken down and taken to the U-Haul before you depart for the day.
Trash can be thrown into one of the cans around the field or collected by truck at the end of the event.
Trucks will be circling to take heavier items over to the U-Haul.
Please break down all pop ups, tables, chairs, and games.
Games will be re-stored into their labeled bins and carried to the U-Haul.
If your station has a pop up labeled Catalyst Woodland, please take it to the U-Haul.
Any extra school or food supplies will be packed up and taken to the U-Haul.

If you are able to follow the U-Haul back to Catalyst to unload and store the Carnival supplies, that is a huge help to us!
